Taste Testing starts at 11:30 continues until 1:30 pm 

To enter as a Contestant, please sign up in the Church Entrance or call the Parish Office 

Limited to the first 20 contestants that sign up to make their favorite smoked meat 

$10 entry fee for contestants 

The “Tasters” will be judging the smoked meats. A $5 donation would be appreciated!  All children under 10 will taste test for free. 

All cash received will be used for the Prize Money!! 

Cash Prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers as judged by the tasters! 

Contestents, please bring enough meat for about 50 people to sample. 

Refreshments and sweets will be served!
